Entrepreneurs are addicted to thinking, “This isn’t enough.”

The clients aren’t showing up quick enough. That check in the mail wasn’t enough to cover my car payment. That strategy didn’t deliver enough clients.

They think prosperity isn’t happening because they’re not hitting the big goal.

But that’s an illusion that’ll send you down a dark road of bad decision-making and unfulfilled potential.

(Later in this article I’ll share how I turned this bad habit into multiple seven figures.)

There’s evidence of prosperity showing up damn near every day.

But you often can’t see it because you’re too busy judging what shows up.

In your mind you say, “That doesn’t count.”

It doesn’t count because it wasn’t the big windfall.

A potential client reaches out. “Yeah, but they didn’t hire me.”

A referral comes in. “Yeah, but they didn’t grab the six-month package. They got the three-month one.”

Someone tells you they love your work. “Yeah, but they didn’t become a client.”

You download a fun strategic idea. “Yeah, but I don’t know if it’ll work.”

Prosperity is always showing up…

… but you immediately dismiss its significance.

It’s like the Universe is tossing gifts over the fence and you’re standing there saying:

“That one doesn’t count.”

“That one doesn’t count.”

“That one doesn’t count either.”

Then you wonder why you feel unsupported or why you don’t score the big deals.

Again, evidence that you’re on your way to more prosperity is always revealing itself. But most people have created misguided “rules” about what qualifies as prosperity.

I used to do it, too. I’d wake up to a sale in my inbox for my Speed Dial the Universe journal and instantly say, “Big whoopty do. I just made a whopping ten bucks in profit.”

I eventually saw what I was doing. I was ungratefully focused on “it’s not enough.” You can’t create riches when you’re constantly bitching about how what shows up is never enough.

Then I got the inspiration to create a low-ticket funnel. The first sale that came in was proof that I was onto something. That funnel ended up making me more than six figures. I then went on to create several low-ticket product funnels.

We spent hours tracking our stats, and we’ve made multiple seven figures from these “small” sales. (I’ve got my Double Comma Award from ClickFunnels to prove it.)

I dare you to count every little shred of evidence of prosperity that comes your way. Seriously, do it for 30 days straight. Write that shizz down.

When you focus on prosperity, you feel more prosperous. And you end up making more moola as a result.

What counts as evidence?

  • Synchronistic conversations
  • Inspired ideas
  • Helpful introductions
  • Client inquiries (even if they don’t become clients)
  • Problems that resolve themselves
  • Surprise gifts
  • Commissions of any size
  • People engaging with your posts
  • A client testimonial

What you acknowledge grows. And what you appreciate expands.

One small sale leads to more and more. I’ve had people download my free lead magnet and then, several months later, pay me $5,000 a month for private coaching.

What you notice, you become available for.

The entrepreneurs who experience the most prosperity don’t discount the evidence that shows up.

They celebrate every little bit of it.

And because they count it, they expect more of it.

Replace:

“Yeah, but…”

with:

“This is proof!”

The more you acknowledge prosperity, the more you’ll discover it’s been showing up all along.
