Co-creating, marketing, and joining forces with other people can catapult your business into six or seven figures twice as fast as you going at it alone.

People who endorse you to their tribe are called joint venture partners (JVs) or promotional partners.

But just like attracting Five-Star Clients, you want to focus on attracting only Five-Star Partners. Anything less will mean you’re compromising… and that’s not cool.

The possibilities and ideas are endless for the ways you can partner… as long as the partner is ideal for you.

Before you hook up with a joint venture (JV) partner to put yourself on the map in your niche, ask yourself:

• Is your product, program, or service a fit for their audience?
• Is their style of delivery aligned with your values?
• Have you experienced their products or services firsthand?
• Are their marketing materials professional and compelling?
• What is their history promoting other people?
• Will they be motivated by the commission you pay them for the new clients they’re sending your way?
• Does partnering with this person intuitively feel good?
• What do they expect in return, if anything? Is that something that feels good to you?

Once you’ve found yourself a Five-Star JV Partner, treat your JV partner as a business partner, because you are during the time you play together! Ask for what you want, be clear on your outcomes, and communicate expectations clearly.

And by all means, add some fun into the mix! Many of my JV partners have become my dearest friends… masterminding for success and traveling the world.

You want partners who are committed to your success and vice versa.
